From the very first listing I took in 2005 (homeowner passed unexpectedly during listing), up until now, I have gained very beneficial experience in the selling of probate properties. I am able to offer a full range of services (clean outs, painters, plumbers, electricians, estate sales, stagers, etc.) to help guide the sales process to a smooth and successful close.
